Seasoned Funding is a Florida based, privately funded real estate investment company that purchases performing and non-performing real estate mortgage notes and storage facilities across the Nation. Incepted in 2012 and over $3 million acquisitions in management, Seasoned Funding is a leader in our respective industries, having dealt in over 50+ assets across more than 12 states. Our focus is to acquire assets that we believe will remain viable regardless of economic environments in  order to produce higher than average risk-adjusted yields to our private investors.

Since 2012, our firm's focus was purchasing non-performing and performing mortgage notes both from institutional lenders and private sellers.
